Simple steps to sign up for probation services:

1. 1. Print the intake packet below, complete it and return it to us either via email or in person.
2. 2. If you come in person, we have printed packets available at the office and we can look up your court case for you.
   
   Intake/sign-up for probation is Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 4:30 pm no appointment needed.
3. 3. We will address your questions and resolve any concerns during your intake.
   
   If you are outside the Washington County UT area, please email your completed intake packet to guardianhelp1@gmail.com and we will reach out to you to complete the sign-up process.

GPS Location Monitoring When ordered by the court, GPS ankle monitoring is available and serves as an alternative to avoid jail time! All questions regarding GPS monitoring will be addressed during your intake.

SCRAM Mobile App In addition to GPS monitoring, we also offer the SCRAM Ally Victim Notification Mobile App. SCRAM Ally alerts both the victim and supervising authorities if a GPS client is near the victim's phone.

SCRAM CAM (Continuous Alcohol Monitoring) is a valuable option for pre-trial release in cases involving alcohol-related offenses such as driving under the influence, domestic violence, or other violent incidents.

They are also very helpful in divorce cases where one party claims the other frequently is intoxicated or under the influence while caring for the children.

SCRAM Remote Breath tests serve as an alternative to random alcohol testing, offering a highly flexible option for Breath Alcohol Testing. These remote breath tests are especially useful for fulfilling court-ordered requirements, pre-trial release conditions and custody disputes.

Guardian Probation Services conducts drug and alcohol testing for our probation clients. Any questions you have about the drug and alcohol testing process will be addressed during your intake visit.
