No appointment is needed for regular intake. Simply visit our office during our regular hours—Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, excluding holidays—and we'll handle your intake process. You can also email the completed signup packet or email us requesting a signup packet. We are conveniently located across the street from the Washington County Courthouse/Fifth District Court. For special circumstances, weekend appointments can be arranged. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
